Car Parking: Is provided in the parking garage across the street from the Hotel. We have reserved covered parking. Car security is provided from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am.

2:00-on Hotel Registration: Rally staff will assist you. You will be responsible for any personal charges, such as phone calls, room service, etc.

2:00-5:30 Driver Registration:

• Proof of Car Insurance
• Car Registration
• Passports (Driver and Co-driver)
• Complete a waiver form (Driver and Co-driver)

4:00-5:15 Head and Neck Massages:If you want a 15 minute massage, sign up on flipchart in lobby

5:30 Reception and Rally Orientation

6:45 Dinner- On your own.
A few tables have been reserved for Rally members use at the Silver Star restaurant next to the Hotel. Sign up on flipchart when you get in if you want to use a table. First come, first serve. Other restaurants are within a short walking distance of the hotel.

A FREE DAY

Breakfast:
We have provided for your breakfast in the Bow Valley Grill. A list has been provided to the Hotel of rally members. Please take advantage of this fabulous buffet during its regular scheduled times

Lunch and Dinner:
You are on your own for lunch and dinner. Note: We did this as a way to provide you with the most flexibility on your “day off” in Banff.

Activities:
The Hotel will provide information about activities and excursions that will more than fill up your free day.

Great Drives:

• Lake Louise
• Jasper National Park
• Glaciers and Ice Fields

One excursion that we highly recommend is a drive to the Chateau Lake Louise for lunch or dinner. But make reservations!
